By using the Site you consent to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not submit any personal information through the Site.

4. How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Send you the updates you signed up for (launch notifications, research alerts, event announcements, or journal updates).
- Respond to messages you send through the contact form.
- Review, verify, and publish opportunity submissions on the Opportunities Hub.
- Analyse aggregate, anonymised site usage to improve the Site (see Section 6 below).
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third party for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
5. How we protect your information
We take the security of your data seriously. Your information is processed and stored using reputable, industry-standard cloud service providers that employ encryption both in transit and at rest. Access to personal data within our organisation is restricted to authorised personnel only.
While we implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted to or stored by the Site, but we are committed to addressing any breach promptly and transparently.
6. Analytics
We use a privacy-focused analytics service that collects anonymised, aggregated page-view data to help us understand how the Site is used. This service does not identify individual visitors, does not track users across sessions or websites, and does not share data with advertisers.
7. Cookies

12. Children
The Site is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
